They told me that the bad odor would go away after about a day or two. There were no heavily soiled areas or stains. They did come back on redo, but on return trip, they sprayed the bacterial spray but did not re-shampoo the carpet first."

"The professionalism and service were outstanding.  Ahmed came out to our home late on a friday night to give us a quote as we had just moved into our home and he knew we were anxious to start getting set up.  He was very thorough in his quote and answering questions.  We thought the price was very fair and the carpet is a good quality.  The installers were courteous and neat (swept the floor thoroughly before laying the carpet).  My one complaint was that I have since stepped on one staple and we had a nail head or something that was popped up on the stairs, but stil under the carpet.  The staple was easily removed and my husband just pounded the head down.  Our family of five has been walking on it since with no problems.
