"In May 2022, I hired Daran Free to install a steel fence. Our contract stated ?All material and labor comes with a 20 year warranty.?, with no mention of limitations, exclusions or voidances, or that it was a supplier's or manufacturer's warranty. In July 2025, I noticed areas of the fence rusting and notified Mr. Free they needed replaced (see photos). Over the next 5 months, Mr. Free engaged in stall tactics, stated his supplier would void the warranty if sprinklers hit the fence and fabricated a story of the supplier coming to my house to take rust and water samples to send to a lab (I have security video evidence). I explained his supplier warranty his was between him & the supplier & had nothing to do with the warranty he provided me (the supplier was not party to our contract). Now Mr. Free refuses to return messages. I?m sure Mr. Free will reply to this with a poor attempt to disparage me, as he?s done with other negative reviews. You can believe who you like. "
