"It went beautifully! I showed Jose all the things I wanted to have done and he set his crew on it. They accomplished all the tasks I asked to be done efficiently. They cleaned up all the debris and mulched everything. I wished I had taken a before picture of the front of my house so everyone could see what a difference Jose's crew made! I will be using them again! Thanks Jose and your super 2 man crew."

"Scheduling the appointment was easy. Was texting me for updates on when the work would be scheduled. The work was done on the promised date. The landscaping work is very great."

"They did a great job, I’m very pleased with the project"

"How did it go? It was perfect. Any time QL agrees to a job, it's going to be A+ every time. I have used Mr. Lemus' company, Quality Landscape, on several different landscaping jobs. He was fair, thorough, prompt, courteous and does great work."

"Prompt response. Respectful. Completed in timely manner and cleaned up area completely. Reasonable charge. I would highly recommend Chavez Landscaping."

"Overall, I had an outstanding experience with everyone from John Krause Construction. Their customer service was most impressive. They asked about and worked around my schedule, were all prompt, courteous and friendly, and showed a true desire to complete the work to my satisfaction. Their explanations of the work to be done and the time it would take were clear and accurate. They started the work in less than a week after I signed the contract, and completed it in a week. This was well beyond my expectations since a lot needed to be done, including drywall repair and painting some hard to reach areas, shingle repair, gutter cleaning, and concrete step repair. Their cost estimate was competitive and fair. There were a couple hiccups along the way, including matching the interior paint color and trouble with installing a door handle, but everything worked out ok. I would certainly hire them again for any general home repairs/improvements."

"Great company ! On time, great quality of work, outstanding material. Chase (Owner) and Zach, back splash installer extraordinaire, were great people who took pride in their workmanship and their customer service. Very competitive cost combined with best service I've had in SMD from any contractor. Thanks again, will use again for sure."
