"Things went smoothly from estimate to project completion. The chimney and all of the flues required a thorough clean-out and new liners. Mike, the senior chimney cleaner/mason, explained the work required in detail. He showed me, and took photos of, the debris inside the furnace/hot water heater flue as well as the main fireplace flue. He took before and after pix of the chimney crown and the repairs required. The new liners and caps appeared to be good quality. This is an expensive project, although this estimate was more competitive than other A-List Cleaners. Before and after pix of the chimney and flues are now part of my homeowner's maintenance records."
