"Bradley is the ultimate professional. He provided a very reasonable quote for the work and did the work in a professional manner. We had a vehicle accident in our yard and as a result, our yard looked like a monster truck rally took place...ruts and gouges everywhere. Bradley used his grading tractor to smooth out all of the ruts and integrate the entire area of the lawn so that it looks incredible. You would never know we had the ruts after he was done. We have a stone driveway that was also damaged in the accident. Bradley ran his grading tractor over the entire driveway and smoothed out all of the ruts and now the driveway looks like it had a new layer of stone installed. Bradley wants to make sure that all of his customers are 100% satisfied with his work and the results of his work are amazing. I will be referring him to everyone I know needing any kind of yard work or grading."

They found many issues where things were done wrong in the 80 years since the house was built and they fixed every one from the floor joists being un-level, to electric wiring run outside the wall to the sink drain being piped wrong. They were both so professional and precise with all there work. They did a new floor, new cabinets, backsplash tiles, new plumbing, new outlets, new back door and screen door. "The owner of the company was very professional, capable, and did phenomenal work. We had significant issues with poor drainage under the foundation. The ground around the perimeter of our house was always soaked. This contractor did a phenomenal job. The contractor dug several trenches and connected our downspouts to a network of underground pipes to divert water away from house. All the pipes then connected to a rain garden. He also regraded our ground to ensure groundwater was not directed to our foundation. Long gone are the days of a backyard swamp and in the long run he saved our foundation ( did I mention our concrete block was sitting in 12 inches of water). After weeks went by, he even made a surprise visit to see how his work performed after a recent torrential downpour. Bottom line, this contractor is highly professional, skilled, and was reasonably priced. He gave us an estimate that he did not deviate from and completed the work on time. His experience and expertise were invaluable."

Had headphones in and did not hear knock or call. Rescheduled and I mistook date and was in Maine when they arrived. Since I was outside their usual area I felt it better to cancel project since I only had six months lease. They stated would refund, and I will appreciate since I am a senior in fixed income."
