"Job went well. Arrived on schedule with a crew and equipment to get as much work done as possible the first day. Laid plastic down along entire perimeter of the house to catch debris. Removed the old shingles and prepared roof for the new roof. Some carpentry work was done and it was done to our satisfaction. The job took 2 1/2 days to complete. Very satisfied with the work and professional way they went about their job. Did a great job of cleaning up. I can't comment on the job cost. We did not price shop. My one small concern is that the roof was installed in very cold weather. Apparently the shingles need a couple of good warm 60 degree days to lay down flat. That won't happen for awhile. We live in a forested area and I am hoping the forest debris does not get up under the raised shingles and cause a problem later on down the road. This company, so far, has been very responsive and professional so I feel confident that if I do have a future concern it will be addressed to my satisfaction. Very satisfied and would highly recommend this company."

"We needed a new roof for our house. Our ‘old’ roof had few leaks and several problems that required the replacement with a new one. The last rain resulted in a water leak to the bedrooms area. So, we called Landmark construction energy upgrade because they did our neighbor's roof a year ago and they gave us an estimate at that time. This time, they just updated the estimate and they were able to lower it, which was cheaper than the other estimates we got. The good feeling was much better because it’s a family business who not only give the bid but do the work. No hard sell here or having the bid from one guy but the work is with unknown others - as it was with other bids. Landmark did the job so good and very fast as well which was awesome! The workers from Landmark made sure to clean the roof and they did a quality work. The roof was a mess with lots of humps, bumps and terrible pad for the Air conditioning. They rebuilt it all, and had people who came to do specialty tasks, such as hooking up the dish, the air conditioning condenser etc.… More than that, they also fixed the gutters and made sure they are connected correctly. All in all, this project is complete and done. We are no longer have to deal with the old roof and leaks for at least for 20 years. Before we did the new roof, The office staff helped us with the Cool Roof rebate from the power company and the federal tax rebate for an Energy Star roof, both of which we were not aware. Landmark construction energy upgrade are now our roofers who did a great work and have other great contractors to supplement for special tasks and run an all-around energy efficient business. If we ever move or we have a natural disaster, we know who will work for us."

They removed the bad and replaced the plywood and shingles with all new products to match the existing roofing. They resealed the valleys and the vents as needed.
