"They were previously known as Crystal Lake Sewer and septic, I believe. They are now known as Arrow sewer and septic (not sure if Arrow bought out Crystal Lake Sewer and septic or just changed their name).  <br> <br>I called them to schedule one week ahead of the desired service date and  made an appointment. I was given a 4 hr window.  One day before the service was due, the owner called me stating he read the weather is going to be bad the next day and so would I consider moving the appt to the morning instead of afternoon so that the service can actually be completed without being interrupted by the hail and  thunderstorms. I agreed, but requested a call 20 min before they get here. Brad was extremely professional. He called me exactly 20 min prior to arrival and informed where he is and when he will arrive. Once arrived, he immediately found the septic tank lid, opened it, inserted the suck tube and started the draining process. In 20 minutes he was done. He even remembered the last time he was here many years ago!! He explained what he had done, asked me if I had questions and left. Not only was Brad's behavior highly professional, but I thought that the fact that they monitored the weather, called customer to reschedule, wrote down notes of customer request and did showed up on time speaks a lot about their overall professionalism. I would certainly give this company my business again."

"Doug Rogers was called at 12:30 and responded within the hour to our house.  He was very courteous and professional.  He did an analysis of our problem, then brought in his equipment, and fixed our problem.  We are very thankful for the service he performed and the timely manner that he responded to our call.  He then cleaned up and removed his equipment without any disruption to our house or basement.  I would recommend Northern Illinois Sewer with an AAA+++ rating, and I will definitely call them again for all of my sewer needs! <br />"

"Called on a Sunday and RPO came over right away. The problem was assessed and additional tools were needed so RPO left to get them and came back with an assistant. They identified where the leak was and removed the tile to get to the leak. The tile removal was limited to just what was needed to do the job. After the first repair was done the air check found a second leak that was repaired. Once water pressure was restored some faucet leaks were found that needed parts to fix. The jobsie was left clean until the parts could be ordered. A second visit fixed the facets. Overall the job went very well and the off hours response was excellent. <br />"

"This company? Absolutely amazing. We had and emergency today with our bathroom. Toilet backed up and tub did also. 3 hours of trying to clear it, i couldnt. Even my snake didn't work. Ryan came out in a few course. Showed us the camera inside our pipes. Explained in detail where our issue was with the blockage from tree roots. He cut them out and problem resolved. Extremely professional and police. This man deserves a raise. I will DEFINITELY use them again. I see exactly why they are highly rated and recommended. I was searching for someone fast. They were the first pop up. So glad I called them. This was what was in our pipes. Ryan get it cut out pretty fast. Yes those are tree roots, not a dead animal lol But ive never dealt with a home repair company that was so polite. Yes it as a pricey repair, but the quality of work and politeness and how well he cleaned up our bathroomwhen finished, make it work every penny. Thank you again and please give him a raise.
