Sam gave me a reasonable estimate for repair. I work nights and can have work done on Fridays only due to sleeping days. Sam worked with my schedule and sent a worker. When I saw the repair, I was NOT happy. My gutters are oversized and Sam's worker did the repair using a smaller gutter, which looked terrible. I called Sam and sent him pictures of the gutter. Look, things go wrong sometimes with every company you hire. When that happens, it's how the company responds that makes the difference between a company I'd hire again and one I'd warn friends away from. Sam sent a worker out on a Friday to accommodate my schedule. The repair was made with the proper-sized gutter, and Sam stood by his estimate although this project would not be a money-maker for him. I recommend Last Stop Roofing Company and if I need roof or gutter repair, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again."

Chuck Scandroli, the owner, came to my home as scheduled and soon after presented us with a detailed plan and cost proposal. His plan, and personal attention and demeanor, led me to want to use Scandroli Roofing for this work.
