"Our central heating conked out during a recent cold snap and A-1 Service was able to schedule someone to come out on the same day to take a look at it. I had already run the self diagnostic on the heater and found that it was the inducer motor so I didn't think it would turn out to be a problem . . . . and happily, it wasn't.
Amir, our technician, was perfectly prompt, wasted no time in checking out the situation, and confirmed the problem (the inducer motor and nothing else so there was no hard upsell or anything like that).
