"I recently had the pleasure of working with KAL Electric, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Owner Mike Leach was professional, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. Technicians Ray and Branden were fantastic – knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly easy to talk to. They patiently answered all my questions, even some that weren’t directly related to the job but stemmed from curiosity about future electrical needs. They even asked if there was anything else that needed attention, and I had them check a few other outlets while they were here. Their approach made the experience enjoyable, and I truly appreciated their expertise. The pricing was fair and reasonable, and I’ll definitely hire them again. Highly recommend for all your electrical needs!"

"Two service calls within warranty time of first service- charged for both calls. $220.00 to align burner caps- !! Continued to insist 2nd call was due to clear orifice as well as align burner caps. Gave me discount $123.05. - REALLY? ABSOLUTELY should have never been charged for 2nd call. Be sure to have tech give you a Job Status card of work done. I was not given one on first service call. Also, warranty information is listed- 90 days- another bit of information not communicated. Job#464927 SG Date of work 12/20/22 I will NOT be using Nebraska Home Appliances Repair- I was totally taken advantage of."

"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"Beware - Patriot will not stand behind any problems they cause with existing equipment, no matter how long they have serviced it. Ten years ago I found Patriot on an app like this and have been happy with them UNTIL 4 days ago. Four days ago they came out to perform seasonal maintenance. The tech made a 'rookie' mistake (per owner Jake) which ended up making it necessary to replace a circuit board. I offered to pay half the cost. Jake refused saying he wouldn't accept the offer. WHAT? I'm having to repair my HVAC - which was working efficiently and no issues - at my expense because their 'rookie' tech broke something? This is not the way to do business. Please cancel my service contract and refund my money. Interesting question at the end of this review: 'would you hire them again?' H*** NO"
