"This project went very well. I needed new sod in my front yard. I contacted Green Stone Landscaping to get a bid and was given a date and time for a survey. Gerardo came to my home to survey the job and I found him to be very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He advised me as to how he would go about the prep work of the yard and sod installation. I found his bid to be competitive and contacted his office a couple of days later to proceed with the job. Gerardo was able to schedule the job the following week. He and his crew arrived as he told me and completed the job in 1 1/2 days. The installation of the sod proceeded just as Gerardo had told me and he advised me how to care for the new sod (watering). I was very pleased with the email communications with Gerardo's wife in the front office. From the time I received the initial quote to the completion of the project, she kept me advised of what was going to happen when. It is now about two weeks after completion and I have a very green yard. As stated above, this project went very well and I would highly recommend Green Stone Landscaping for lawn care and landscaping projects."

"Our house was built in 2006 and over the past 10 year, several of our neighbors have had cracked driveways and foundation issues. Within the first 5 years, we'd noticed minor cracks running north/south through the house and feared there was a larger issue in the foundation. After reading reviews on several foundation repair companies, we scheduled an evaluation with G.L. Hunt because people were saying they were impressed with their service and those that had repairs done were pleased with the results. We were scheduled for an 8a to 10a time slot and Justin Brits arrived right at 8a. He asked us a lot of questions to get a good understanding of our concerns. He then mapped our floor plan measuring each room's dimensions. Marking the center of our house as zero, Justin then measured throughout and into every corner to see where the foundation may have raised or lowered over time. It was really cool to see the measurements across our floor plan and learned the SE corner of our house was an inch higher than the NW. He then walked around the outside showing us cracks and signs of settling. Justin wasn't trying to sell us anything. He was focused on giving us detailed data on the status of our foundation and letting us know if there was the potential of future issues. He went over several things homeowners can do to prevent future foundation problems. We feel much better about the state of our foundation. It was time well spent and Justin gave us the information and education we needed. Should we have any future issues, we'll definitely call Justin with G.L. Hunt Foundation Repair."

"The regular foreman was out sick that day so this kid Blake ramrodded the lift, he didn't seem to know what was going on. They broke two water pipes I found out after they left. Now 5 years later they wont honor the warranty .The piers they installed are sinking and the back of the house is now 2.1 inches down. They blamed it on the engineer(whom they recommended) and said he did not evaluate it correctly according to Blake and failed to design enough pilons to support the house now I’m back where I started from. Now they want another 10 grand to do it again! Life time guarantee my ***! I had multiple other companies measure the house for me and their pilons are sinking and when Blake came out and remeasured, his numbers are different (no surprise) than the latest measurements from other vendors. He said they need to redo all the same pylons they already have done once before for another 10,000!!! Some nerve! Blaming the failure on me because they didn't get the final report from the city of Denton, again my fault. Hope you warn people about this company, they are great till you need some warranty work.******* If you get your foundation worked on make sure you get a water sys pressure check BEFORE they raise the house that way you know if they break pipes during the lift. If it passed before and fails after then they broke something! They always only do this test after so they can tell you "It was that way before". Better luck to you!"

"This was a referral from a neighbor, and not booked through Angi. Parker and his team gave us a quote to rebuilt our gutter drainage away from the house and to replace grass with rocks on the side of our house. We were lucky to fit into their schedule and the team was out here within 2 days of agreeing to move forward. And, their work was exceptional. They went above and beyond in moving the drainage much further away from the house than was expected, and their rock work was also top notch. Parker also followed up several times to make sure we were happy and has offered to come out and remedy any issues we might experience. 100% recommended.!"
