"I called on Monday AM and was able to schedule an appointment for Wednesday AM.  The communication was excellent--something that is important to me--as I was told during my initial conversation that someone would call on Tuesday to confirm as well as on Wednesday morning.  Both of these things happened as described.  In fact, I remarked to my spouse that I love working with a company that is communicative and does what they say they'll do.

Thus, I was irritated when Ben arrived and informed me that he had called me earlier to confirm and that even though I hadn't answered my phone, they decided to "come by anyway".  I explained that I had received a call from the office shortly after 8:00 AM, had returned that call at 8:10 and spoken to someone in the office and confirmed the appointment, received another call at 8:20 (probably his) and immediately called back and got voicemail.  Not really a big deal, but he argued with me about this and it seemed out of alignment with the previous excellent communication and customer service I had experienced.

That said, he and Mario did an excellent job--competent, communicative and fast.  During this part of the job, Ben listened well and explained well what he was seeing and what needed to be done.

We look forward to using this company again for sprinkler system work and are interested in a future collaboration on landscape lighting."
