The people I spoke with were super nice, Jim the plumber was very informative and though I wasn’t expecting to have this cost, I felt the price was fair for a new pump installation. (Yay, homeownership!) I was able to pay over the phone and the whole process was quick and (relatively) painless! Will keep them in mind for any future plumbing needs! Thanks again!"

"They arrived within the designated time stated. It took 20minutes to clear the drain. I was told that because I did unseat the toilet that it would cost less. The final cost was $ 420. More than originally quoted. He deducted $65. unseated from the 420 which brought it to the original 350. Then I asked for a senior discount 10%. Right ,you do the math.. should have been $250. Need I say I WARN AGAINST THIS COMPANY. Fool me once shame on you..you won't get that opportunity again. Yes I did call and complain. They refused to correct their mistake."
