" I decided to go with Shane even though he was about $70 above his competition. The reason being is he explained to me that he used professional equipments with extremely accurate and guaranteed results which means a lot to me. I had a family member suffering from multiple health issues due to what we suspected was high levels of mold in the home and Shane was able to confirm this. Also FYI people if you live in an apartment complex you may have to pay out of pockets but can get reimbursed when he sends you back the results and you show it to your apartment complex.
