"The services were done well.  Unfortunately they missed some things during the initial inspection.  The back flow valve at the house was leaking, which did not get noticed.  Secondly, they did the initial repairs in the rain which caused them to miss a broken head which was just pouring out water onto the sidewalk.  The price was not too bad, much better than another company who was out.  I would just have liked a little more attention to the details. <br /> They were apologetic about the things they missed, but obviously still charged full price for the repairs.  Overall, they were good, and I would use them again. <br />"

They brought out pieces of all the pipe and tile that was being used and explained how everything was going to work. They were respectful with communicating the times they would be working, they were respectful not using any profanity while working. The job was done in a timely manner. The most impressive thing was that they replanted our rhubarb plant and replaced or upgraded any issues with our sprinkler system as they went along. "It went well.  The owner of the company came out himself to allow me to show him exactly what I wanted done.  He was a very pleasant gentleman to talk to and after the job was completed he came back out to see if I was satisfied.  His foreman who ran the job, Paul, was a very knowledgeable fellow and while doing the job explained things to his fellow workers, so their was no misunderstanding about what was to be done. <br />"

They were here aprox. 40 mins ($78 labor) ($52 for the first half hour then $26 per 15 minute sections after that first half hour .... kind of expensive if they are going to be there long) <br />"
