"Paul was very honest on the door they offer - a well constructed door with reasonable price. The technicians Jason and Andrew did a very good job leveling the garage door since mine garage floor is not level. They also did very good work hooking up to the old garage door opener, making sure it works. They even replaced two old smaller angle brackets with their new large ones. I also appreciate the subtle things that look trivial but very important such as adjusting the spring forces and tightening lock nuts appropriately etc. The new door looks nice and solid!"

"Bruce arrived to start the job on time and is quite methodical, with everything going in the right order. He has the tools to do ANYTHING and completely filled our 2 car garage with tools, materials, cabinets, etc. Since everything was replaced, he had to use skills on so many levels, including dry wall, insulation, flooring, electrical, plumbing, granite work, painting, heating, etc. I think he truly excels at molding/trim work and the cabinet installing. Perfection. An example of true attention to detail: Since they had to cut into our floor joists (beneath the bathroom) to accommodate new drain systems, Bruce took it upon himself to find a local metal fabricator to create steel U-shaped supports so that our floor remained as strong as before. Some people would have left that out.... He wanted things to be correct and often asked for our approval...making any changes we requested along the way. He is approachable. He had a great, professional introduction the first day we met and proposed a budget. Why we did not give Bruce all A's---and if there is any down side---it would be a rather severe minimizing of the total amount of time needed for the project. As a builder, he is hard to fault in that we did stick to our agreed budget and if he was working for weeks beyond the planned completion time...well, it was not costing us any more. I believe Bruce to be a very honest person and understand that any building project has delays. Toward the end, as another project became reality, I believe Bruce lost some focus here. That said, we are happy with our finished bathroom and make a positive recommendation. Your Designs LLC can be trusted. ((I am having trouble porting over pictures...sorry...if I can add them later, I will. For now, I can say I think it looks just as we planned...and this company delivered!))"

"This was one of the greatest contractor experiences we have ever had. We own three homes including rentals thus regularly are looking for contractors and frankly a little nervous when hiring someone new. Leo was not only one of the most professional people we have ever dealt with, his communication and attention to detail were second to none. We gathered many quotes and Leo was the lowest which on the surface seemed great and we were a bit nervous and he calmed all of our fears. This was not the easiest job as we were on a very tight timeline and still had the flooring people working when he began but this didn't phase him nor did the little things that we had to add on as we went .The work is flawless including the drywall repair, he and his crew were there every single day and the best part is that he was able to get this done in 4 days and he even volunteered to come back and touch up anything that may have happened as a result of our move in and I intend on taking him up on it.
