"I’m not a part of, nor do I know anyone prior to meeting Mr. Roman Shklyar at Sunset Roofing LLC. Let me say this: I never take the time to write reviews, but I’m compelled to write this: #1. Absolutely, hands down number one in customer service! Roman’s communication, and follow through is superb! What a pleasure it was dealing with him on my roofing project! I didn’t meet his crew, but they all did a great job on the roof! #2 Roman was very knowledgeable, courteous, and straight forward. I was under promised and over delivered! He quoted me three weeks and the job was completed in less than two weeks from our initial meeting! Yes they had a time slot open up, good weather was a factor I’m sure, but he called me and said “we can come and do the roof earlier than quoted is that ok ?” #3 No surprises! I was quoted and billed the same dollar amount! They did a complete tear off, installed a new roof on my home and also replaced a missing piece of fascia. The house looks great! #4 When we were talking about the job, he took the time and educated me about the choices between metal and shingles! I highly recommend Sunset Roofing LLC. "The positive: Graves Brothers will provide a quote for PARTIAL Siding projects where most companies won't talk to you unless you need a FULL Siding project. The installation team was quick and did a nice job. The Cons: Deceptive Sales. Your Typical Residential Home Services contactor. I had a complete east side siding replacement quoted. There is a 24" "Jog wall" between the exterior garage wall and the living quarters wall. Their quote included photos that show this wall in one of the views. A second photo shows the entire length of the wall outlined that includes this jog wall, but they did not replace the siding on this wall. A conversation BEFORE the project work started questioned if I intended on having the wall replaced and it was agreed that it should have been part of the proposal. The installers DID NOT replace the siding on this wall. I asked for a simple $500 credit and was willing to settle for a $350 credit which was more than fair. The Salesman insisted that seeing the wall was not assigned a "wall number" therefore it was not included in their proposal. Graves Brothers displayed ZERO interest in coming to a mutual agreement on the discrepancy. Update 7/19/2024: After continued conversations, the Sales Rep finally conceded that after speaking with his installers, that the work WAS included in the initial estimate and should have been completed. I gave Graves Brothers the option of discounting the price or returning to finish the work. They chose to finish the work which is scheduled this week. IMO, Speaking to his installation team should have been done PRIOR to him taking a flat stance with me that they were right and I was wrong. Give Graves Brothers Home Improvements a 3-Star rating for (finally) doing what was right. The installation was done well and the installers were professional, courteous and cleaned up well. Just make sure you document all conversations and get them in writing up front."

"You ask how did it go and my reply is GREAT. Last year I needed the barn roof replaced. Response from the Jerry was quick and after I had completed my portion of the preperation the roofing crew came in promptly. The work was completed in a professional and very efficient manner. Clean up by the crew was to the point where it appeared as though nothing had ever happened. I will call Proctor Enterprises for my next project. Note: I am not a good photographer !"

"We hired Long Construction to completely replace our old roof, repair soffits, troubleshoot ice damming and replace gutters. From our initial consultation with Jason to the project completion we were impressed by the personal attention to details , excellent communication and professionalism. This family owned business works with their own crew, not sub contractors. The owner Mike is on the job site the entire time and always communicating with the homeowner. They came when they said they would, completed the job beyond our expectations and left our property spotless. Wonderful group of men. It was a great experience and we would highly recommend them !"

"Over the past few years, our roof had been slowly showing wear and wind had cause a little damage each year to the point that over the past 4 ort 5 years several shingles had been replaced by ourselves. When we were looking for roofing contractors to replace the roof, this was the only Company that had us contact our insurance company to see if they would cover at least part of the damage that was cause by wind over the years. They even came out the day the insurance adjuster came to show him the damage he was seeing. This was also the only company that check the vents in the soffits to make sure that there was actual breathing space for venting and not just there for cosmetic purposes (covering up the previous wood soffit). I feel they went above and beyond what we expected out of a roofing company. Oh and by the way - their prices were very reasonable. Completely satisfied!"
