"Larry Becker, owner of Maple City Contracting, was patient and totally professional considering that there was the coordination between architect and County code enforcer and actually enhanced the drawing of the architect with the code enforcer?s blessing. Larry gave me much time on the phone to explain the complexities of the project and was willing at the end to help me with some unrelated misc items to the adjacent apt to make it rentable. Larry is very honest and reliable. The only drawback is that you have to wait your turn to get his services because he is so in demand."
