"Chuck and his team perform great customer service! Chuck met with me and my wife to help us pick out the right flooring. We couldn't initially find the right style and material. Chuck found another product that was perfect for us and he did it all within a day of his first presentation. The pricing was great compared to a few other estimates I received. His team showed up on time and got a living room , a hallway, and 3 bedrooms completed in just 2 days. They even took apart several of the beds quickly and put them back together. It looks amazing and we can't recommend Chuck/Floor Tailor enough!"

"Wow, were these guys great. We needed to install a stair runner on our home's main staircase and Bob came right out and showed us samples. His quote was perfectly reasonable and he was professional and very nice without being pushy. Jorge and his partner came over shortly thereafter and took measurements and a few days later, Mary set up the installation. We did not love the style we chose for our curved stairway and when we explained our mistake, they could not have been nicer. We have used Exposition Carpet for several carpet installations over many years in our finished basement, and have consistently found the best pricing, ease of schedule and quality installation thru them. I especially like that it's a family business and you are dealing directly with owners and not with a salesman that doesn't even know who his/her boss is. The installers have worked their for years and that says a lot.

After going through a back porch remodel enclosing to a mudroom, we wanted a pet friendly, water resistant and durable floor so we went with vinyl plank. The store had many options, and time frame to get material was within a week. We checked out a 'sale' prior at a trendy well known Lincoln Avenue store, only to be met with double the cost and attitude. So we ended up back at Exposition and it was a done deal within 2 weeks.

I thought I had reviewed them on AL, but realized I hadn't when the list asked if members had any feedback.

"The work crew were arrived on time and were polite. Demolition of the old floor was executed quietly and neatly. The new vinyl flooring covered an area that was almost 2,000 square feet. This was installed in two days. The staircase was sanded and restained to match the new floor. The result is a perfect match. I would highly recommend there organization and will say that from previous carpet installers this company was fair in price and exceptional in customer service in keeping the customer informed. I had one issue with the carpet and that was thanks to my kids not telling us they spilled the dreaded red kool-aide. The owner(Brian) came out and repaired the areas himself within a day and charged a small fee, which he did try to avoid me paying by using the warranty on the carpet. But to to time constraints and family party on the calendar, this was not an option."

"I had 2 bathrooms done. The material they use is very nice and easy to maintain. The best out of all the people we looked at. The salesman was very nice and very response but there are issues with our install that were not taken care of. First the product that was packed and shipped was not correct. They had the wrong size base and I had to prove it to them by taking pics with a ruler to get it correct. Next, they had the wrong color fixtures for one of the bathrooms. Then the installation team broke a panel on one and still put it up. The 3 wall panels were not all the same. one was shine, another was a completely different look on the color pattern, and one was cracked. I had to call on that. It was replaced. However, in both bathrooms the installation crew which I was told was the best dropped the one panel and gouged my floor which was left as is even though I was told it would be made correct. They also gouged the dry wall in several spots on both ceilings while in"
