"The technician did a good job and was quite professional and efficient.  The cost of  replacing a sprinkler head was about twice the cost of any other company I have used.  It is clear that they use a "special" to get the job then charge exorbitant prices for any other work to be done.  They recognize that sprinkler heads are constantly being damaged by the winter freezing-thawing cycle.
I will definitely not be using this company again.  It is definitely more economical to pay a little more upfront (usually $90 to $100) for having the unit turned on but saving on any heads that needed to be replaced.  Last year I had to have 3 or 4 heads replaced.

"The two reps used two different aerators. I was disappointed how fast they finished the yard ~5000 ft/sq. I noticed that in their haste, a number of areas (areas with the biggest problems and next to concrete) were casually passed by as it would have required slowing down or stopping to move the aerator closer to the concrete. I pointed out these oversights to the crew leader and the areas were then aerated. After the aeration seed was placed on the yard. I walked around to see how well the seed was distributed. On some areas I saw heavy amounts of seed and in other areas absolutely none. Rather than making another stink about this I cut my losses, let them go on their way, and I went to the store and purchased my own seed."

"As noted above they were here as promsed and the work was done very professionally and the  gentleman (Martin Jaime) who gave us the estimate was there all day to supervise the work.  Martin was always concerned about what we thought about the work as it progressed and discussed various issues with me throughout the day.  The work was completed by 3:30PM.  They did an excellent job with the clean up of the yards and removed all materials, etc as requested.   They even brought in a power washer and cleaned the sidewalks and the driveway off.   We were very please with the work performed and the manner in which it was perform.  We would certainly use them again and would highly recommend them."
