They found our roof had sustained wind damage and they were present when our insurance adjuster arrived to answer any questions he might have. They found additional damage during the process, Waters worked the insurance, we dealt with insurance very little. They cleaned the area each day to the point our yard and driveway actually looked better than it did prior to the work being started. "I HIGHLY recommend Caliber Construction! Leonard (owner) is very fair and definitely knows what he is talking about. I was very confident in the work that was done. He was able to explain exactly what needed done and why, I never felt he was just trying to "sell" me on extras. His crew was amazing, they found several odds and ends things that were previously done incorrectly. They took the initiative to fix them and make sure they were done correctly. I feel Leonard as well as his employees took great pride in their work. We had a previous issue with the way the water was running off our roof, the initial fix they tried did not work. Leonard was on top of everything and did a much more in depth repair which fixed the issue with no extra charge. Any time I had a question or a concern, it was addressed the same day.
