"the project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!"

"I'm giving them a second review because I've used them twice and they are excellent. Moving APT are a family run business and they are extremely professional, polite, flexible and really quick. I was surprised how quickly and efficiently they were able to move me from a small efficiency to a large apartment in a high-rise. The high-rise was challenging because it's a new building and they don't have access for a moving truck to come in. But these guys are really quick and all my stuff is in great condition. They even took apart some of my furniture and put it back together again. I'll always use Moving APT and I can't recommend them enough"

Small jobs welcome

"Tim of Know-A-Guy Landscape Management did a fantastic job of leveling our yard where a tree came down. It was a large area for a yard, about 1000 sq ft. He did a fantastic job! Now we can mow instead of weed-whack. Not only did he level the ground, but he picked up debris (old roots) and moved excess dirt to another area by the driveway that needed filling in! He has a lot of other jobs, but did well communicating when he would come. I would be happy to hire Know-A-Guy again, and to recommend him to others!"

"All the materials I've purchased from him have been completely satisfactory. He finds out what you need and makes sure that you're getting exactly what you need. I've never heard of him not completing a project. He'll let you know of any unexpected things that you might encounter as well."

"After she did such a great job with my taxes and she told me she had a cleaning company I booked her to come organize shampoo all 5 rooms and haul off items i no longer needed. it was then that i seen how well she worked i hired her to clean my home 2 times a week. The lady and her crew are detail workers and very professional. I never seen an owner come out and get in the middle of cleaning and get dirty but Trish does, thank you Trish for not thinking you are better than your crew and working right along side of them!

Small jobs welcome

My name is Doug Kyles, and I'm a recent Texas High School Graduate. I started pulling trailers and decided to get into junk removal last year. I'm only 18, along with most of my workers. We can promise hard work done cheaper than the average professional. We understand we will likely have less reputability because we are just starting, but we're attempting to just do some honest work for a good deal. Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our team is committed to meeting those needs. We welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service. No job is too big or too small for our experienced team. Call today for a quote. We typically charge by the trailer load, and this cost will be influenced by weight (because landfill fees are determined this way), and distance from the nearest landfill.

FAQs for waste, junk, building materials and debris removal and hauling projects in Genoa, AR

Begin by disconnecting power to eliminate electrical hazards. Then, locate the drain valve and attach a garden hose to direct water away from structures. Be mindful of local regulations regarding chemical-treated water disposal, as some jurisdictions prohibit draining into storm sewers or natural water bodies.

After the main drainage, use a shop vacuum or pump to remove residual water from footwells and plumbing lines. Complete drainage makes the unit lighter for removal and prevents water damage during the process.

Functional hot tubs in good condition can often be sold or donated rather than discarded. Local classified listings or online marketplaces provide platforms for finding interested buyers, though you should clearly indicate whether the buyer must handle removal.

Some charitable organizations accept hot tub donations, particularly those serving veterans or community centers. For non-operational units, salvage yards might accept them for component recycling. Always disclose the unit's condition and any known issues to potential recipients.

The reclaimed area offers numerous possibilities for repurposing. Deck spaces can be restored with new decking materials or converted to seating areas. In-ground installation sites work well for garden beds, fire pits, or patio extensions.

For concrete pad foundations, consider creating an outdoor kitchen, installing a pergola, or establishing a container garden. Local landscaping professionals can provide design ideas tailored to your specific space and preferences.

Professional electrical expertise is highly recommended when disconnecting hot tubs from power sources. Most units operate on dedicated 220-240-volt circuits that present significant safety hazards if improperly handled.

Licensed local electricians ensure proper power termination, wire capping, and electrical panel updates. While some removal services include basic electrical disconnection, complex installations often require specialized knowledge to prevent safety issues and ensure code compliance.
