They had a "customer is always right" mentality and didn't penny pinch on change orders. Half way through the job Matt realized that the natural gas fire insert installation was more complex than his team's skills. He immediately sourced a specialized contractor to do that part of the job which gave us all a tremendous amount of confidence. The attention to detail was great and nothing was too big or too small to discuss. We are extremely satisfied with the end product. It looks great!"

He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "Tom and Steve did an excellent job on our master bath remodel.  They were always on task.  Stayed with the job.  Showed up at the same time every day.  They made great efforts to keep our carpeted stairs clean as they went up and down.  They did a good job protecting our hardwood floors as well.  Their work was great.  Everything looks great.  The tile work is excellent.  The finish work is excellent.  They stayed on contract.  Because their bid was so close to the actual work to be performed, there was very little overage as far as cost went.  I felt secure with them in the house.  There have been a couple VERY SMALL things that have come up since they completed the job which is totally to be expected.  They came promptly to remedy the situation at no extra charge.  I would and have recommended them to other friends.
