We had gotten a couple of estimates but something just felt different with them. They were professional, punctual and personable. They laid drop cloths and cleaned up everyday after themselves. "Let start by saying WOW!!! Great job 5 Star Plumbing. I needed to replace my 50 gal water heater the other day. I called other company's to get estimates for replacing my water heater. What I thought was going to be an easy job, they gave me a price that was outrageous. It seemed like they didn't want to do the work. So, that's when I called 5 Star Plumbing and not only did the front office tell me they can do it. They came the same day and the price given was much cheaper then the other companies i called. Peter and Oleg came out like promised by the office. I was amazed on how quick and efficient they both where in changing my 50 Gal water heater . "Plumber arrived on time, we went over possible replacement faucets and he went back to shop to get the model I wanted.  He came back within an hour or so and installed the new faucet.  Unfortunately, he didn't have a length of 3/4" hose with which to flush our the hot water line which is partially clogged with rust, etc., so he was unable to perform that part of the requested service and I still have low hot water pressure in the kitchen.

"I had an emergency water break to my house on a Sunday. Bill Bellas contacted me first by e-mail and then by phone agreeing to be at my house with an hour and a half. Bill brough his two sons to help. He had to dig and sauter to remove the old pipe and then shop for new parts but the project was completed in under 2 hours! He was fee was VERY resonable and the Sacramento City Water department came out the next day to check the work. The four inspectors with the water department said that he had done an excellent job and that I got the deal of a lifetime. My neighbors all have his business card and we will use Bill Bellas in the future!"

"I'm awful with names but our technician went above & beyond with regard to the installation . Apparently the water heater did not include the necessary pan to go underneath the unit. He had to make a 25 mile round trip to Ace Hardware to get one. Aside from the time required to obtain the pan, the job was done quickly. I did my research prior to choosing Gilmore. All the reviews were stellar. The reviews for the other places were not. The final bill amount was on the extreme end of the spectrum from what I researched. Water heater installation is best done using as reputable a service provider as possible. It was an expensive investment but I would recommend Gilmore in the future."
