"Ideal Siding's professionalism stood out. I immediately felt that Rick could deliver a quality job without going over our budget. If you need quality siding or gutter work, Ideal Siding comes highly recommended!"

"Very professional group. Work was performed in three days and included a complete tear down and replacement of the siding, facia, soffit and gutters. Top quality material was used across the board. House looks better than new."

"Eric R and Brandon F did a fantastic job. They took the time to show me what I needed. Thier attention to detail and explaining everything to me with pictures as proof was very nice. They had good suggestions on working on the roof instead of the siding as the roof was much worse."

"I'll start by confessing that I'm a residential contractor myself so I'm somewhat of a discriminating (picky) buyer. Knowing nothing about siding though, it wasn't easy finding a company willing to partially re-side our house... most contractors were only interested in re-siding the entire home. After learning this, we went thru multiple "siding repair" contractors who simply struck me as unprofessional, so I kept looking. Koalaty responded timely and responsibly, and I am happy to report they did so every step of the way. We found them to be more flexible than their competitors and they were able to accommodate all my requests. We were so pleased with their 'can do' attitude and the final work results that we recommended them to our neighbors, who also had a very positive experience when Koalaty did a project for them."

"I thought it went well. Their project manager Cristina was good to interact with and she was able to schedule in the jobs and got it done within three weeks since the contract and initial down payment was made. There was a minor issue and in that i felt the contractor could have been proactive in taking measures to color match the siding instead of relying on homeowner. After the job was done, the nails were not cleaned up completely around the house. I had a flat tire and I don't think the cause was completely based on them not completely cleaning. I would definitely hire them again.."

"Thank you, K&G Solutions!! This is a locally owned and operated business. The owner, Greg obviously takes great pride in his business, and strives for the best experience possible for his customers. We recently had windows replaced, and the process went very smoothly. Greg provided a quick estimate, and even expedited the replacement, as I was waiting to paint the house, until the windows were replaced. Greg stopped by very quickly, after the job was finished, to ensure everything was properly taken care of. Our new windows are a huge improvement, and cut out a lot of heat we get from the west in the late afternoon, just as promised. I would highly recommend these folks for any window replacement, siding, or roofing needs. Let them know I sent you! "We were very pleased with Elmer and the great job he did replacing rotted siding on a rental property of ours. He was very professional and stayed in contact throughout the job. He also sent multiple videos of the rotten wood and all that he discovered, which is much appreciated."

"On November 6, 2012 you replaced our siding with and acirc;??James Hardieand acirc;?? pre-painted fiber cement siding, provided a and acirc;??Tyvekand acirc;?? house wrap under the siding, and replaced and painted the trim work with and acirc;??Sherman-Williamsand acirc;?? 25 year paint. You also provided roof repairs on the shake shingle roof ridges. The Tyvek wrap has minimized internal drafts. I waited until now to see how things would turn out through a second winter. My wife and I could not be more pleased. The house looks as good as the day you completed the job. Woodpeckers have ceased to be a problem. I am a firm believer in and acirc;??you only pay once for high quality, but you will continually pay for and acirc;??cheapand acirc;??. The quality of the Hardie fiber cement board siding is amazing. I obtained 5 quotes. You were the second to the lowest but you established yourself as fair, honest, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the work you did with my insurance company to get me a fair storm damage settlement to minimize my out of pocket cost. The work crew you assigned was professional and polite. We are now preparing to sell and move to a ranch house to get away from stairs as the children are grown and we no longer need this large of a house. The new siding and trim paint will increase the value of our home and also make it easier to sell. Thank you again. You truly operate an exceptional company."
