"My heat pump system went down over 2 months ago and my home warranty company referred Mektek Mechanical. Jorge came out the following day to look at the system. He gathered information and took some pictures and was supposed to be arranging for a complete system replacement. He came back a few days later to get a ladder that he forgot and that was the last time I have seen him. Over the last 2 months, I have left 8 messages for management to contact me and have never received the first phone call or update. This is a terrible way to run a business."

After I sighed/accepted his proposal he told me when he would arrive and he showed up willing and ready to work the full day. He completely redid the screen enclosure with two new doors, all new aluminum and screen in one day. His prices are fair and he does quality work which is the only way I accept things. I own a commercial and residential building & renovation company and now have him on my preferred sub list for aluminum work."
