He told me when he would be there, texted me he was on his way later that day, and showed up a couple minutes early. So EXTREMELY professional and punctual. He made short work of the repair, explained what was going on, told me tips on maintenance of my door, and just had a nice casual conversation with me about various things. I hated having to pay for an unexpected expense, William made the hassle not as bad for me with his work ethic, professionalism, and just being a nice guy who got me up and running again in just a few hours of the same day as I asked for a repair. The main reason we hired them—one company to deal with—has turned into us having to serve as general contractor for their sub-contractor."
