"First, I want to clarify that $180 is the annual cost of our plan for ongoing termite Sentricon station inspection.  We are very happy with our termite contract, having kept it for over a decade (can't remember how long).  We initially had termites and they were eradicated.  One station was put in a spot where we had a lily bulb, which has continued to bloom yearly, but I wanted to move it due to other vegetation blocking the lily.  I called All Rite and told them that as my inspection was due, I wanted to know when Mike would come out so that he could remove the station so I could dig out the bulb.  I was told that he was due to come out the next week.  Because I was home at the time that I called, he worked around his schedule and came to the house within just a few hours.   Whereas I thought he'd pull out the station and I would dig the bulb, he took the top off the station and he dug taking great care not to harm the bulb.  He was very gracious and showed care in doing this task.  Some people would have undoubtedly been frustrated with the bother.  I actually felt badly that he had gone to so much trouble for such a small thing,  This was above and beyond and very appreciated. <br />"

"Had Chad and the team at Trifecta Wildlife Services come out last year (April 2021) to help us with a bird nest in our oven vent. They came out and took care of it, even spending time in the rain to ensure everything was cleaned up before they left. The double flap system then installed worked very well we had a few birds try again but were unsuccessful at getting in so we were very satisfied. This April (2022) we had a very determined pair of starlings work together to circumvent the system Trifecta installed. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it myself, but it took two birds working together to get in, and even then they couldn't really get a nest going before we just turned on the vent and blew the back out. However, they kept trying and trying and trying. So I called Chad and Trifecta came back out to reinforce what they had previously installed. Couldn't be happier with their responsiveness and professionalism. It's great to find a company today that stands behind their work. "We had used Elite Pest Control the year before and had made repairs and improvements to keep animals out of the house. While we were having plumbing work done in the crawl space, two ground hogs ran out onto the lawn and ran to the creek across the road. We were concerned that they may have been living under the house so we called Elite to check for animals again and to repeat the mouse treatment.
