"Should you need a great contractor? My husband and I cannot begin to say how happy we are with our experience with Pro Warrior Painting and Construction. Living in Newburyport our large wooden deck had seen it’s day and we knew the time had come to completely replace it. Yann the owner, from day one was personable, professional, prompt and a perfectionist. He and his crew went out of their way to get our deck done within budget and in a timely manner. We never felt forced or pressured into making decisions, but were encouraged to make decisions together for this project. Yann’s work ethic really was above and beyond what we expected. It was a tough work with demo and complete rebuild, but everyone on his crew had a very positive attitude and worked very hard until all of the work was done! It’s obvious he has had these guys working for him for a long time as the daily moral was high and they all worked together seamlessly, with an obvious tone of mutual respect. These guys worked, day-in and day-out, to get work done in a timely fashion, often working very long days. They were meticulous workers ensuring everything looked perfect. "We worked with Prudential at the beginning of the year and they did such a great job that we decided to work with them again and boy did we go all out. We took the leap, got a home equity loan and did everything we wanted to do from siding to decking to even closet work. We could not be more pleased if we tried. I did get other quotes in the beginning, but you would not believe the number of contractors that do not respond to calls or emails. They made quick work of the kitchen and were done in 4 days, They kept the area clean and made sure dust didn't travel throughout the house.
