He looked at the situation and found that a service bulletin was issued for this model, which three previous repair in-person repair technicians had not told me about. He diagnosed the problem as requiring a new kit to replace the main PCB control board and the display board. He gave me the OEM part number. I highly recommend Neli Virtual Appliance Repair, my first virtual repair experience. Cost $35. I would do it again. Took 15-20 minutes to install app and pay at start of appt."

"I thought they were professional and nice, but they tried to repair my same appliance three times and it still didn't work. They were telling me one thing, but were telling my home warranty company something different. When I requested all three of us get on the phone to clarify the misunderstanding, Repair Tech Plus declined. As a result, I have to schedule another company to come out and start all over again with the assessment. This should have already been closed out so I could order a new appliance."

"Went well. Technicians need to be trained to perform safety procedures for appliances maintenance checks. Making sure appliances being worked on are properly functioning and safe to use for customer. The customer should not be telling or begging technicians to perform safety checks on appliances. "Had used their tech Fred twice before with no problems. They were very responsive but other tech scheduled had urgent dental work. Rescheduled three more weeks out with other tech. Had headphones in and did not hear knock or call. Rescheduled and I mistook date and was in Maine when they arrived. Since I was outside their usual area I felt it better to cancel project since I only had six months lease. They stated would refund, and I will appreciate since I am a senior in fixed income."

"Arrived on time and carried out chimney cleaning in about 30 minutes. Good care was taken to keep the area clean. They checked the cold air return and told me the duct work needed to be vacuumed and quoted me a ridiculously high price and then immediately cut it by a third, which I felt was still too much. We reached an agreement on a price and some of the duct work was vacuumed, to include the main cold air return and about a third of the duct work. In no way was it a complete cleaning. Was also quoted a price of $200.00 to replace the chimney cap. Replacement was not required as it had been replaced only a year previously. Also felt the price was too high since a chimney cap from Lowes or Home Depot runs about $30.00 and takes about five minutes to install.
