"Lone Star Carpets installed all my flooring and shower tiles for multiunit homes in south Austin. My sincere appreciation is well-deserved to Mr. Tony Rodriguez! He is an experienced, well educated, well-informed, a professional and quite personable individual. Tony is the contractor working with my excellent builder, Truitt Group- Mr. Logan Leen. Tony himself was directly involved in the project from the beginning: getting all the necessary measurements, ordering martials, following up with the installation crew, and making the final inspections of the installations. He also left me with the plenty leftover tiles and material for possible future repairs or renovation!! Tony certainly gives his full attention and care one will need during a home construction! Thank you Tony. My appreciations of his installation crew: Mr. David Romero installed almost all flooring and shower tiles. He is efficient and very conservative with material usage, yet installs quality work. He is very hard-working individual and makes sure to get the job done and done wright! Mr. Juan is the crew lead as well as a great installer. He leads the group by example and makes sure all works are done correctly. Mr. Roger is a good installer and seems enjoys his work and is just happy person. "I could not have been more pleased from start to finish. Robert came to the house with samples, and was helpful in making selections. He took his time in measuring and calculating amount of carpet needed, showing me that if the detached master closet carpet is laid "this way" instead of "that way", it will cause less waste. He even climbed up into our attic to find spare hardwood to ensure that what he ordered matched. Even before I committed to the sale, he gave me floor and carpet cleaner, told me how to care for hardwoods and carpet, and offered to help me give the house a walk-through to help me prepare for my last punch list with builder. The crews that did the installations were professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. I can't recommend Peoples strongly enough. I wish they provided all of the services I've needed with this house."

"The owner performed the work himself. He arrived on time and performed all tasks really well. He worked with me on the rooms to be cleaned, reducing the costs substantially by only charging me partially for rooms that didn't require cleaning in areas under the furniture, which didn't need to be moved because the carpet was only a few months old. After I had gotten the new carpeting, I had experienced a small flood on part of the carpet, so only the parts of the carpet that needed to be cleaned, such as those near the new carpet, had to be cleaned.  <br /> The carpet looked like new when he was done. He also worked quickly, plus used all "green" solutions, so there weren't fumes left in the air upon completion of the job. <br />"

"It was great. Easy to set up appointment and the price they quoted right away was the right one. We had to clean the carpet on the second floor of the 3 bedroom house. The technician was out there on time and did a great job. Definitely will hire them again"

"We had never done a carpet to hardwood replacement.  We had a sample from a friend that we liked but it was discontinued. So were trying to match this as close as possible. We requested a proposal from Hardwood Flooring. Bob was very responsive, met with us, and discussed the general approach to the project. Next, my wife, the decision maker for this project, visited their show room several times to get samples to evaluate. Andrea, Bobs daughter, was very helpful through out this project. <br />  The next contractor we evaluated had a mobile showroom. He was able to immediately respond to our comments regarding a particular sample. Bottom line, he presented a sample that matched very closely to our sample and was exactly what we were looking for. <br /> Hardwood Flooring's proposal was very competitive, and I would have had no issues with going with them, except that we chose to go with the contractor that had exactly what we were looking for. <br /> Again, I would highly recommend Hardwood Flooring.."

"I had 1,100 sq ft of carpet in 5 rooms that I wanted removed and replaced with Bamboo. The installers picked up the materials and delivered them to my home. They moved all the furniture in each room, removed the old carpet, and prepared the concrete floors (sanded and leveled). It took them 2 days to complete all the work and replace the furniture. I really appreciated the cleanup after the job was completed."

A few days later, Ray came out to measure and give us a price, which I felt was extremely reasonable. The deal was sealed with a handshake. The two installers were prompt, only took about an hour, and moved our large furniture items in and out. The new carpet looks great, and we are very pleased with the whole experience.
