"Jeremiah came out and tested the air and moisture and other items to determine if I had mold in my basement. After getting the test results there was evidence of mold and he recommended a company that provides a do it yourself kit for mold remediation. (Not cheap). After getting the items and realizing that there was more work, it would have been better for me to let my insurance company handle this as I do have coverage for mold/fungi. Though having a professional do the work is expensive, from what Jeremiah mentioned, it does not guarantee that the work will be complete or the source of the problem taken care of. He mentioned most companies will take care of the mold but not necessarily the cause of the mold. For this I would have to contact another company."

Josh was able to come out THIS afternoon. On a Friday! It was such a relief. He inspected my ceiling but also went into the attic and took a ton of photos. Well, I was kind of surprised. A lot of rodent feces, as well as condensation around the ducts of my air conditioning system. He also mentioned other things and showed me with pictures. He’s going to write everything up so I can see it and understand it. They can come out next week to take care of it. I am so relieved that I called and that one company can handle everything. He says he can take out the insulation with the feces, everything. Then I tried to pay him but this was free for him to come out and inspect everything. What a wonderful company."
