"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "I could not have asked for a better flooring installer.  During the bid process Garrett was very open and honest about cost, material requirement, and amount of time for the job.  He was on time everyday, he always answered my calls or called me back as soon as possible, and he always told me his plan for the day.  I never felt out of the loop.
The floor in my house is exactly what I wanted.  Garrett only cared about one thing, and that was quality.  He took his time on every room in the house to make sure the flooring was perfect.  It was straight, there were no marks, and the transitions flowed very well.  He did a job on my stairs that looked I can't even explain, these stairs are going to sell my house they are so nice.  
One great part about the process was the fair pricing.  Garrett only charged me for the boxes of flooring he used, not from an over estimated measurement.  I never felt like he was trying to squeeze a few extra dollars out of me.  If I ever have to use a flooring installer again, I would only go through Shekinah flooring, no question.
