"We went with this company after our realtor had hired them for a roof inspection when we bought our homeâ ¦. I will never use them again. Scheduling the minor roof repair took months of phone calls, missed appointments and lost estimates from both the initial inspector who apparently quit, and the estimator who came out - without the correct ladder - and then supposedly also quit without leaving my estimate on file. Ultimately, they sent me a random estimate for the work without that person even seeing my roof. I signed off on it just to get the work scheduled before winter, but then felt completely ripped off when two guys were on my roof less than 2 hours with a tube of sealant for that price. I requested a phone call to understand whether it was a fair price, and whether they charge all of their customers a similar hourly rate, and never got a call backâ ¦ over and over, I left several messages. They refused to return my calls or emails. I ultimately just paid the invoice, but feel completely taken advantage of. This company clearly doesnâ t care about their customers at all."
