"When we contacted D&M, we had already had another repair service in to figure out why our dishwasher wasn't cleaning. The other serviceman spent about ten minutes looking at it and decided we needed a new motor, which essentially meant it made more sense to buy a new machine. When Danny from D&M came, he initially thought the same thing, but then spent about a half hour working to unclog the spray arms...something I had tried to do but was only partially able to do. By the time he was through, the arms were rotating effectively. Since then, the dishwasher has worked almost perfectly. Instead of spending $500-plus on a new unit, we got away with an $80 repair.
