We investigated other remodeling companies but chose Basement Remodeling after our discussions with Eric, in part because we believed we could count on their expertise in handling the inevitable quirks of renovating a 70 year old house. We fully renovated about one-third of the basement space which included the furnace, water heater and a small but completely unfinished laundry area.
