He does what he says and his installers do what they say and do it with quality. Fox Creek has redone the entire outside of my house.He did windows and the siding last year and then they just did my roof and like before I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work."

"We had a leak in the master bedroom ceiling. We called RIBA Construction in for a repair estimate. HB (their estimator) inspected our roof and found a hole where a branch had fallen and poked a deep gash through the tiles, at a valley between two slants in the roof. The painted area on the ceiling of the master bedroom had puckered and split, so it needed to be refinished & repainted. There was another area in our house by a window in another window where the paint had warped that we asked HB to give us an estimate for. He examined our window frame, inside and out and told us that the window frame was no longer level underneath the vinyl siding and the wood in the corner of the window was damp and he recommended that it should be repaired. Repair of a section of roof tiles: $300 Repair of a window underneath vinyl siding: $400 Refinishing & painting of ceiling & wall by window corner: $350 Each of these three tasks was performed by different repair men on different days. The estimate and the three repairs were all scheduled promptly and with clear warning as to when they would arrive. All of the work appears to have been done well and handled professionally. We would recommend them to anyone who need one or all of these the three services that they performed."

"Roof & window we're repaired immediately. They showed up the following day after my initial call and provided an accurate estimate. Work commensed right after I signed the contract. The siding took a bit longer due to difficulty matching my 16 yr. old siding (an exact match was no longer being manufactured). I learned this is a common problem. Once an acceptable match was found; the work was completed promptly and correctly. Every effort was made to satisfy me (the customer) and they succeeded. I would hire them again for future needs."

The foreman on the job, Douglas, discussed each phase of the work with me on a daily basis and his crew completed the job in four days. "I first used Power to replace the gutters on my house in 2016; a year later, they replaced a sliding glass door, and last month they replaced 15 windows and a door. The Power reps and installers were all very professional, punctual, and did an excellent job. I might have paid slightly more than I would have had I known there were more discounts available had I continued to ask for them with the salesman, but overall I was very happy with all three jobs and the prices were okay. Because those three projects went well, I have just contracted with Power to have my house completely re-sided. I believe I got a very good price this time, and I fully expect the work to go as smoothly as the first three projects (if not, I will revise this review). "Our review is based on the purchase (part 1) for replacing siding for both side of our home. Jacob L. was very professional, on time, and honest. He knows what he is selling. We learned a lot about our home during his presentation. Before we bought our home we paid for a professional home inspection. We thought our house inspector was very good but he did miss something---the siding on the sides of our home was installed extremely bad. Jacob pointed out so much that we just didn't know and should have be caught during our home inpection. Thanks Jacob!!"

Although it took awhile for our work to begin we were kept informed by Ben and Steve of approximate start dates and any delays because of weather or materials.
