"When I called around to gather estimates, Andrea Woodall was the only one that didnâ t change her tone or tell me there was no way we could have everything we wanted in our kitchen with the budget we set. We wanted to remove walls and have our kitchen & dining room combined in to one large space with plenty of cabinetry. Andrea is super knowledgeable and super professional, she listened to me and made great suggestions. We didnâ t change one thing in her design. We were happy with the knowledge and enthusiasm of our Project Manager. She walked us through the whole process and tentative timing of the project. Things started off a little shaky and a bit unorganized but canâ t say enough good things about the crew that did the demo (which was gross), support beam, and getting ceiling & walls ready for drywall. Alex, Bob & Kenton worked hard and cared about our kitchen. Also, Rudy had to work hard to get the electric, heating & plumbing right. Heâ s a super upbeat, likeable & nice guy to be around. Our Project Manager, for personal reasons, had to step down. Nate was assigned to take over our project and communication and scheduling improved. He kept things moving forward. He seemed to have a ton on his plate already but took good care of us. Nate is a good representative of Home Remodeling Pro (even though heâ s a cowboyâ s fan ð ). We are ecstatic with the results! "Finally set aside enough money to do a deck project on my home. I've unfortunately learned over the last year of large projects that you absolutely get what you pay for with contractors. I'm handy, I do most everything myself, so taking the plunge with contractors is a difficult thing for me to do. I don't have the time, nor energy, to do large projects like a deck, so did some research. Found Stump's. From the very beginning of the project, I was impressed. Responsive to emails, estimate wasn't pushy, gave me options with explanations to why one options was better or worse, and since I'm an idiot with colors and such, they even offered me guidance there. Sold me. I went with a very large deck as I am not planning on ever expanding my home with more rooms and like being outside. Calvin and his crew were excited through the whole project and were very professional. Calvin even took some time to answer my overly interested questions on how the deck is attached to the home, I was basically making sure they did it right. If I'm paying someone to do something I can do, I want to make sure it's how I'd do it, and they passed with flying colors. I felt very comfortable during the whole project, never had to worry that they were doing something wrong, they cleaned up fully, there are no nails or screws in the yard that I have to worry about stepping on, etc. I mean top-notch people to have do work around your home. I can't say enough good things about Stump's, the deck is so solid it doesn't even move if I walk around it TRYING to make it flex. It looks awesome and I am extremely happy I went with them for this project. "Tom and his son Tommy did a wonderful job. Removing our relatively new railing and then replacing it back after the deck was completed was a challenge that other contractors could not guarantee. The railings went back exactly as before, without any damage or lost pieces. They arrived on time and removed all of the old cedar two level decking. They made sure all of the sub-structure was in good condition, and replaced/reinforced where ever was necessary. They even demolished the existing steps, and built an entire new stairs. I had an existing problem with wood rot under my sliding glass door, but Tom adding flashing and insured that the new decking was slightly sloped away from the door to keep rain and moisture away from the wood base. Their overall workmanship was outstanding. They cleaned up the premises so well, that you wouldn't even know they were here. We had received estimates from several companies, but what we liked about Russett was that they only do decks, and they do it themselves......no subcontracting. I would highly recommend them to anyone."

"We contacted him and he came out and gave us a great price. He started the work right away and got it done in a short amount of time. He did a wondreful job. He matched a the colors and railing of small deck off the bedroom to our new deck.  He made a couple of recommendations for our downstairs deck that made it look better than the one above it. He made suggestions for the upstairs deck that would improve its appearance. He did a small deck along the driveway and installed a railing system to make it easier to walk on. Johnathon recommended a decorative handrailing that his the ultiliity railing. We have gotten so many compliments on it and we love it! It is so easy to hold onto and get safely down the steps to the drive way."
