"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. "I hired Sunnyside to redo a rear patio and repair a front stoop at my Mothers house. Had front stoop rebuilt, walkways redone in Bluestone and a large concrete patio removed and replaced. I liked them so much I had them redo the stucco at her foundation wall and repoint her brick chimney as well. They showed up everyday ontime and Aidan offered a lot of different choices as to the finish of the concrete patio. My mother is ecstatic of the look and their quality and attention to detail is top notch.Clean up was done when the job was finished. Highly recommended!"

"After some delays the work was done as described above.  It looked perfect. We were warned to stay off it for several days and leave the cars off it for a week so it could cure completely. IT NEVER DID! The office was very responsive.  Inspectors came out.  Perhaps humidity was delaying the curing.  "Give it a few more days, another week. try mopping it, etc"  Nothing worked. After several weeks they decided to clean the surface and reapply the finish coat. After waiting for this to cure the job was finished as promised. Except for the frustration we are happy with the job."

"I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work.
