Once speaking to Henry about the specifics of my home via phone and letting him no my situation. They were prompt in scheduling a date for installation to assure my radon problem didn't delay my ability to sell the home. From the time I filled out there questionnaire on there website till the system was installed and fully operational, all took place In one weeks time. "As a realtor, I found Rich from Expedient Environmental Solutions while searching for a client who needed mold remediation. He and his crew did an excellent job at a fair price. They finished on time and left the home clean. So, when I was looking personally to have basement waterproofing (interior french drains and sump pump) along with radon mitigation, I received 3 quotes, of which theirs was the most comprehensive plan, and again not the highest quote overall. They finished the work ahead of schedule by bringing four workers the second day, were respectful throughout and left the area reasonably clean. "Terrific--did excellent work, promptly, politely, and neatly. Came back when I asked them to for a second de-molding hit on one area of house, loaned an air cleaner when we requested. They really did care about doing a fine job. Only problem is mold abatement is a very tough job, and I do smell a little mold still., and last time in the house I got a horrible headache. I'm waiting to see if dumping a mattress and a piece of furniture helps before I ask if we should try again on the house itself--really, though, I don't think so. It's likely the stuff inside the house rather than the house itself. PS Added some months later: Mold all gone!"
