He went the extra mile and flooded the basement to see where all the still spots were then extended the channel to those still spaces. Now, all the water in my basement flows to the sump pump. John does things professionally, quick, and neat. He is situationally aware and did things because it made sense or looked better. I would highly recommend his services."
