"The estimator, Dennis accommodated my scheduling requests, and changes in the contract, he was there as well, when the resurfacing started. My driveway needed a specific piece of machinery; so they used their subcontractor, which was excellent too. F&M came back 3 days later, backfilled, mulch, and seeded the bare spots, then a rep came by to check on the finished project. I love the look of my driveway now and would recommend F&M to friends and family!"

"Tomas Brothers did an excellent job of installing hardwood floors upstairs in three bedrooms and hallway. They performed the job in two days as scheduled. Their workers were courteous and professional. There was one mishap where floorboards slid out of the box denting the wall. I told Tomas Brothers and they promptly patched the wall. After the job was completed we noticed a chipped floorboard and missing door hinge pin. I called and they sent someone to fix the problems."

"We called All Aspects after finding water in the basement. Angelo did the assessment, identified a couple cracks and some issues with the window well drains. He was very knowledgeable and explained the repairs, how the work would be priced, and what to expect when the crew arrived. He followed up with the quote later that evening. Scheduling the work was straightforward. When the crew arrived, they performed the work as described, and again explained the repairs throughout the process. I'm confident this will fix our problem, and feel good that they'll stand by their work."

"We moved into a new home in the Spring of 2018 that needed new flooring throughout. We visited Ultimate Flooring Design Center a couple of times and worked with Dave. We decided on carpet upstairs and in the basement, and LVT throughout the main level. We also needed our banister's sanded/stained to match new flooring. We were very worried about cost since we just bought a new house, but Dave worked with our budget and made us feel very comfortable with the process. The job took a couple of weeks to complete being the project was huge (5000 sq/ft house). A couple of small issues arose (a damaged tile from COREtec, doors not shutting properly because of high carpet, etc), and Dave and his team fixed everything quickly and with obviously no extra cost. Dave also came out for a final walk-through to make sure everything was satisfactory to our needs. Dave and his company were a pleasure to work with and I've already recommended them to everyone I know needing flooring! Super efficient, professional, and talented."

"The final product was done correctly and they showed up when they said they would show up.  I got frustrated that much conversation about details went through the Secretarty/Office Manager.  I live out of state so I had my carpenter/builder call him directly to coordinate exactly where the pad would terminate as my carpenter was framing the walls, etc.  When I got Stephen's cell phone number and contacted him directly about what I wanted, he got very upset that I was calling him directly and that all correspondence should go through the office manager.  I find this very unprofessional and not normal when working with a contractor or in any profession for that matter.  One shouldn't feel they need to go through a "middle man" to communicate about anything involving business, especially when you're paying several thousand dollars for something that would be very difficult to correct later on.  I hope customer service, communication and professionalism improve as they did good work and I appreciate their ability to show up on time, etc. <br />"
