"Would absolutely recommend John Mullen and his company. From the first time I called John he was very responsive and professional. I had called multiple other HVAC companies to install a vent through a brick chimney and were having trouble finding someone who would even come take a look to see if they could tackle the project. John didn't hesitate and came out and talked to us to find the right solution. Once we were ready for the job we were able to schedule him within about two weeks and he called the day of to see if they could come a bit earlier than planned. Ryan was my service man and he was VERY professional considering the conditions he had to work under. Then I received a call from the company that installed my furnace and suddenly they can come today. Go figure. When I told Ryan that my warranty company was able to come today, Ryan continued to service my furnace as his company promised. I ended up only paying for the service or diagnostic fee."
