They told me they could not come out until Dec 22, but I could be reimbursed if I had to call an outside company. I called Sullivan's and they were at my house first thing the next morning. Ryan was my service man and he was VERY professional considering the conditions he had to work under. Then I received a call from the company that installed my furnace and suddenly they can come today. Go figure. When I told Ryan that my warranty company was able to come today, Ryan continued to service my furnace as his company promised. I ended up only paying for the service or diagnostic fee."
