"We could not be happier with the Puronics Hydronex iGen Whole home treatment system and Micromax 7000 drinking water system provided by Orbit Water Solutions. Justin, the marketing rep who sold us the system, was very professional and accommodating. Justin took about an hour to demonstrate a series of tests which reflected to quality of our water which had more chlorine and hardness than we expected. If you have concerns for lead, Orbit standard demonstration does test for it so you will need to have a separate test done. After some negotiation, we were able to settle on a deal which got us the system and financing for the next 10 years. Orbit provides annual maintenance services on the machine and there is a lifetime warranty on parts which really assured us we were making an investment to improve our water. The best part about it is that the system travels with you. For a small fee, Orbit will pack the system up and ship it to your next home if you move which was a big selling point for us. Orbit also threw in a subscription to PureSelects soap for the next 10 years which was a nice add-on. PureSelects provides every kind of soap or cleaning product you could ask for so it will be nice not to have to purchase additional soap products in the near future. Within a couple days, the installation team came out to install the system. They arrived on time but the installation took a little bit longer than expected. Turns out our the installed garbage disposal was too large to fit with the RO unit tank under the sink. Orbit was very accommodating though. Orbit purchased a new garbage disposal and installed it free of charge which I bet many companies would not have done. I highly recommend getting the larger of the under sink tanks for the RO unit. Even with the two gallon tank, my family has used up all the water in the tank. A 1 gallon tank would just not have been enough. The water in our house has been incredible since we installed the system a few months ago. We noticed an immediate impact to our skin and hair after using it and our drinking water certainly tastes better. Best of all, we feel confident in the quality of the water we use throughout the house to keep us safe and our appliances in good condition. We highly recommend the investment in the water treatment systems through Orbit."

"Had a problem with one GFI plug in lower level, when it tripped it took out the power in all four bathrooms as well as garage. We called Ray late Friday afternoon. Saturday morning he returned call. He took the time to explain what he could do and quoted his cost. 30 minutes later he was at our door. 2 hours later he was finished and we no longer have a problem. In this day and age it is very refreshing to have a tradesman respond to a call as quickly as Ray did and have the work completed in a professional manor. When Ray was finished he double checked all he had done and explained in terms that I could understand. That was certainly appreciated. The year warranty was cream on top. I would recommend his services to anybody and have already recommended him to my brother in law for a ceiling fan install.

"Ab and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Our old townhouse looked pretty shabby, with stained vinyl, peeling brown paint on the shutters, and a broken, makeshift porch railing. After getting the run-around from a different contractor, I was down to the wire with three weeks until my wedding, when we'd have a house full of guests. From the first contact, Ab returned my calls immediately and promised he'd do what it took to get the work done on time. He definitely delivered. He and his crew were polite, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. And when we needed some extra help in the kitchen for work we'd planned to do ourselves, they got through that in the timeframe, too. Our foundation was in worse shape than we thought, so the original estimate was a little off (they couldn't just paint, and had to patch first), but Ab kept costs as low as possible and always let me make the call on what we should do. In the end, it was still much cheaper than the estimate from the other flaky contractor, looked fantastic, and was all done a week before the wedding. We couldn't have been happier with the outcome, and several of our neighbors stopped by to tell us how great it looked. And after our wedding, Ab and his team even sent us a card of congratulations! Good, honest, hardworking people. Will definitely call again next time we need any work done.
