"Our roof took 4 days to complete. The workmanship was excellent. Since we live in Florida, we get storms almost daily this time of year. JAT roofers know how to install a roof in these conditions, ensuring everything is coverable on a moment's notice and when they leave for the day, everything is water tight ... each day. We had rain on 2 of the 4 installation days, yet no leaks. The roofers themselves were professional, very careful, and extremely hard working (three 12+ hour days) JAT admin office personnel are also top notch. We live in a "fastidious" (picky) HOA community. JAT was wonderful to work with through the initial roof project documentation process. JAT was VERY patient. During our initial appointment Jason and Malisa took the time to explain the roof replacement process. Protection of our paved driveway with sheets of plywood, and the tarping of our shrubbery, are examples of the personal attention provided. Materiel was delivered in a timely manner as scheduled. Jason and Malisa provided daily oversite of the removal and replacement of the shingles and the cleanup/removal of debris. In addition, the crew diligently walked the perimeter of the house collecting any stray nails. Lastly, there was a final sweep with a magnetic device to gather any undetected nails.
