"Tile roof needed to be replaced. Entire crew and office staff were professional and friendly, questions and concerns were addressed promptly, calls were returned within 24 hours, job site was cleaned everyday. New roof looks great. I would recommend to anyone."

"I suspected I had a soffit loose and the person who previously had helped with some roof repair no longer dabbles in this. A friend recommended Douglas Restoration, saying they had a positive experience and good price. I called Douglas and they came out in a timely manner. Cyrena did a very thorough inspection, spotted a concern and identified a solution right away. She was friendly, helpful, and professional. I will definitely be using Douglas in the future for any roofing and gutter needs! I highly recommend this company, just as they were recommended to me!"

"Excellent Job ,, neat ,,fast ,, More than I expected as far as the repair. I was in awful trouble with a roof that was ten years old trying to find a roof leak. "Oz did a great job replacing our asphalt shingle roof. Wood and supplies were all included in his quote. His crew was excellent and worked tirelessly in 90 degree weather. Site cleanup was meticulous. He even provided an Attic Breeze solar powered attic fan. He uses Owens Corning roof products with a lifetime manufacturer warrantee. Customer service is of paramount importance. His quote was consistent with other quality vendors."

"Excellent. He had people here early in the morning and clean up after themselves. They are very accommodating, made sure all of the things that fell off the roof are pick up, got the old roof off and put the new roof off, very efficient, and did a very good job. I would recommend them to anyone that need roof repair/replacement."

"Good Neighbor was referred to me by a friend who used their services so I thought I would go ahead and get a quote.    The owner and sales consultant both came out and gave me an estimate that was below most others.  I had several estimates and most were higher using lower quality materials.  Everything was above my expectations from start to finish.  There was always a supervisor on property.   They replaced every piece of rotten wood/beadboard around my house.  My house is an old craftsman and they matched all the eaves and rafters perfectly.  I cannot tell you how happy I am that I chose to go with Jim Fernandez and Good Neighbor Roofing.
Recap:
1.  Very Professional
2.  Supervisor on site entire time
3.  Excellent pricing using only the best materials
4.  They will fix all the damaged wood.  (My father had a new rood installed with another company and they covered up all the rotten wood.)  Luckily he was watching.
5.  Everything was cleaned up as if nobody was ever there.
100% recommend.

"I called Rick to get a price to clean my shingle roof. He gave me an estimate the same day. I was happy with the price, so I scheduled the work to be done. Rick showed up on time and he started working right away. He let the roof dry, checked everything over, and cleaned up after himself. I am very happy with the work and the price. Will be using them in the near future."

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."
