"Pauls Carpet Cleaning was professional from my first call requesting a quote to the final signing of paperwork after the job was done. The lady on the phone gave me the best quote of five different service providers. They had no problem meeting my schedule to come out and clean the carpets. When Doug the technician showed up, he was professional and went throughout the house to get accurate measurements. He explained everything that he was going to do before actually doing it. The actual price ended up being less than what I was originally quoted due to his measurements equalling a smaller area. He was thoural and did a great job on the carpets, and cleaned up everything before he left."
