"Glen and the team at Stone Pros has consistently gone above and beyond for us. They have delivered a new granite fireplace hearth they measured cut installed and modified the new mantel to fit perfectly, 5 vanity tops at both our primary residence and a vacation home and a wet bar counter top. Most recently we needed new splash guard for a vanity that was damaged during a renovation because of water damage to the bathroom. Glen found a matching piece had it cut and polished in under an hour. Cant say enough good about them."

"I have a 1931 house and I wanted to keep the existing green and black tile. So I was trying to sort out this old bath without having to retile the whole thing. Kind of an odd job...lot of various things to do.
1)I had old 1931 black tiles and some new I purchased to blend with that. All the trim need to be added as the floor trim all the way around.
2)White trim needed to be added to the front of the tub because the black trim in front of the white tub would be wierd and too contrasty. However, there was nothing to secure the tile to the front of the tub. Nice.
3) At the the back of the tub was this gap between the old steel porcelain tub and the wall about 4-5", and the tub had this metal lip that stuck up. So there was a support that needed to be cut and built, the stone cut and built. So we're talking about cutting wood, stone, tile, there's no map, no pattern, the tub is shifting around. But by now I've been living in this house for three years and I know nothing is straight and everything has to be jimmied and I'm pretty used to that. I read Travis's reviews and it seemed that he had worked in old houses and had done a lot of work that covered a lot of various things. We did a time and materials invoice to allow for the variances.
Anyway...it turned out beautifully. I had just enough tile. He blended the new and old well. Covered the blemishes. Secured the bathtub, fixed the back of the tub. Blended the stone and it all looks great. Like it was meant to be. The bathroom isn't as cold which is nice going into the winter. So I am very pleased. It looks better than I thought it would. Travis was great to work with and very pleasant and would check in with me if he had to be at another job, etc.. He is busy, so I would schedule ahead.
"

"To our surprise, Chhay (the owner of Stone Restoration Services) was the first contractor we ever let work in our home that didn't damage anything, and once the floors where sanded down and brought back up to a polish they blew us away with their new depth and beauty. I will never lay another stone tile without calling Chhay the next day to polish and seal them. He knows how to finish stone, and he respects your property as well. We had the floors since they were originally installed in 2000, and we never knew about the hidden beauty stored within the stones. Apparently when you buy stone tiles like marble (he also restored our bathroom shower, which was marble) and limestone, it is only slightly polished initially, and can be brought up to a real shine that reflects beautifully. Chhay takes pride in his work, and even gave us lessons on how to maintain the stone in the future, including showing us what products to use and what to avoid, and how to polish out stains in the future. I wouldn't hesitate to invite Chhay and his crew back to work on our floors in the future."

"I had a wonderful experience working with Integrity Stonework & Cabinet, formerly Integrity Granite and Tile. I needed to replace my 1990s tile countertops in my kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Off the three companies that gave me estimates, Integrity Stonework and Cabinet was not the cheapest, but I chose them for the job because, what can I say, Mike was so pleasant to work with. Right off the bat, he was very courteous and helpful. I knew that I wanted solid surface, but couldn?t decide if I wanted granite or quartz. Mike took the time to explain the similarities and differences as well as answering all my questions. The job description on the estimate was clear. Communication was excellent from start to finish. My questions were always answered in a timely manner either via emails or text messages. We had to break down the project into two phases because there was a delay in the shipment of my cooktop. Mike was willing to accommodate our schedule. Because I have two young kids, I told him that I couldn?t afford much kitchen downtime, so he and his crew worked long hours to complete the job on time (I?m not sure if they didn?t take breaks!). Right before the kitchen sink was put in, my husband noticed that it wasn?t the sink that we ordered. Worried that this would delay the project, I said I could live with that sink; however, Mike insisted that we should get what we wanted. He took the slab back to his shop to get recut and bring us the right sink. That level of dedication to customer satisfaction is what really stuck with me. The only thing I wish was done differently was the dust containment. I didn?t realize there would be so much dust. I wish they had put up some kind of tent to keep the dust from flying everywhere. Other than that I think the project went great. My husband and I are pleased with how it turned out. I highly recommend Integrity Stonework & Cabinet.
"

"I could not be more pleased that we selected ProGranite to do this job. We were impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, courtesy, and customer service orientation from the very first interaction we had with them. They responded immediately to our request for an estimate, and in fact , both Andrew Shubin, the owner, and Mark Buckley, the Project Manager, both came to our home two days after my initial call to meet on a Saturday morning so that my husband could be present for the meeting. Two days laterBy Tuesday, we had a detailed work plan and cost estimate in hand. Mark was the Project Coordinator on this re-model and was extremely helpful in assisting us in the selection and purchase of the granite slabs, backsplash materials, and new plumbing materials for the project. He made numerous trips to the various stone yards and tile companies with us to assist in this selection process. The project was scheduled at our convenience and was completed in a very time efficient manner. The crew was always on time, efficient, and very courteous. After each stage of the project was completed, they removed all debris and cleaned up the work area. Mark checked in on a regular basis to make sure all was going well and that I was pleased with how things were progressing. If I had any questions or concerns, he addressed them immediately. The final product is stunning...my kitchen is just beautiful and the workmanship and attention to every detail displayed by the ProGranite team is clearly evident. My experience with ProGranite on this project was outstanding...the price was very competitive, the work was absolutely beautiful, and the service was incomparable.
"

"We continue to use Tile Lines and will purchase more WEDI products for our next bathroom, when ready.
The kitchen quartz is beautiful! There was an issue with the seam about which Tile Lines offered to intervene. It would have meant tearing out a counter-to-ceiling freshly tiled backsplash so it was not worth doing so (or so I felt at the time as I was ready for the remodel to be done). In hindsight, I wish I would have taken them up on their offer to intervene as that seam drives me crazy each day I clean the countertops. Live and learn, I guess. Again, this was not their workmanship but that of the quartz installer (outside party).
"

"Excellent work!! InTown Granite and Marble did an incredible job with our kitchen remodel. I removed my old laminate counters and tile backsplash. That process was a little more than I expected... but I saved some money doing it myself. We visited the InTown showroom after some friends strongly recommended them to us. Afterwards, we visited our friend's new kitchen remodel. We were very impressed with all the options in the showroom and with the work we saw in our friend's kitchen. We picked out the granite and were surprised at how quickly they came to measure, cut, and install the new granite. The counters they installed look fantastic! The scheduling of the install was very quick and the completed work is absolutely top notch. The price was very good and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality stone applications - counters, backsplash, etc. At some future date, after we rebuild our budgets back up, we definitely plan on using them again to tackle our old aging bathrooms.
"
