"We needed a new roof and connected with 240 Construction LLC through Home Advisor. Tommy got in touch with me right away and listened to my story, figured out what was needed, and got together a detailed estimate. That was Friday night. On Monday morning the crew was at the house, tearing off the old roof. By the end of the day the new underlayment was down and the house was ready for new shingles. While the old roof was coming off, Tommy was sourcing all required materials to finish the job and making sure that they would be on site the next day. On Tuesday the crew showed up early in the day, hauled off the old roofing stuff and got busy expertly putting the new roof on. By the end of the day the job was finished and it was 100% perfect. In the course of this project Tommy's experience was apparent in every way. Due to his management and the crew's skill this job could not have gone any better. "

We knew we would need some plywood replaced, and he included extra sheets in the bid with anymore needed at a reasonable price. The work was scheduled quickly and completed in the time he said, the roof looks great and the yard was cleaned up very well. We received estimates from 5 different companies, and we chose Dennis because his bid was reasonable but mostly because we felt his honesty and integrity. A good person doing quality work. "I’m not quite sure what is taking so long to get any updates from this company. I’ve been waiting for an update on the siding being painted, touch ups they missed to be fixed, have their interior team fix the walls their crew punched nails through the wall, broke the frame of our kitchen window, and pick up the materials that have been blocking our driveway since the start of the project. It took them three weeks from the initial pick up date I was given for their team to pick up and confirm that the honey bucket had been taken from our property. Of course I had to call them to follow up and actually get it picked up. All of this to basically summarize that if you want your siding done in a timely manner and to work with a cohesive team that values communication and their customers as much as theirs salesman Brad told us they do, then find another company aside from Pacific Exteriors."
