Sergio excavated and leveled it to create two huge terraces with a beautiful split wood fence at the top of each retaining wall. In total, it was over 250 feet of retaining wall and fence. His attention to detail is impeccable, and he understood what I wanted out of the space. He also accommodated changes I requested after the project started. He is fairly priced and I am very happy. I have received numerous compliments from friends, neighbors, and even other contractors. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and will be using him for future projects. I got the sense that Levi had a number of other jobs going on at the same time, and we ended up with a few miscommunications--some possibly that we weren't clear enough about, some that I'm sure we communicated but I think he either forgot or were lost in translation somehow. Most of the miscommunications they took care of, but we had a couple posts that cut off a corner of our yard and we had to pay a discounted amount to get moved. Feedback for the company would be to be double sure about fence lines that appear to cut off portions of the property, and it's a lesson for me to be ultra clear about things like this, not to leave details ambiguous. One good thing was that when the moving company broke one of the posts, Levi offered to fix it at cost if they didn't cover it."
